At the moment my site is set up to accept paypal - however it is easy to use and most purchases are protected. See my home page for a link to take you there and sign up - it's simple and very safe.

There is a payment by post method available and when you go through the checkout - you should be given the option to send it and my details of where to send to.
I dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment and will let you know by email when it's on it's way to you. Orders are normally shipped via Royal Mail.
You'll be able to make changes by viewing cart before you finish and complete checkout. Please contact me if you need to amend/cancel an order after you pay as you won't be able to do this yourself after the finalisation/completed payment of your order.
I am happy to accept returns and will refund you when I recieve the item back - please contact me first though. My details for the return will be on the invoice you recieve with your item.
Problems with delivery?
If your UK order does not arrive after 15 working days (outside of the Royal Mail strikes), please contact me so I can arrange a refund/replacement.
If you're in Europe please allow 25 days and I'll refund/replace.
If your item does arrive damaged please let me know as soon as possible and I will sort this out for you by refunding/replacing.
All items within my site are in stock however if there is the tiny chance that an item may not be available, I will let you know asap and will do my very best to offer you an alternative/refund.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) to process your order. All your details will be deleted from our system after 45 days unless you have opened an account, however those details will only be accessable to you.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party.
